Minister Dudi from South Sudan Visits MCC and MCCO

On April 10th, Hon. Minister Dr. Nadia Arop Dudi, Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports of South Sudan and others pay a visit to MCC and MCC OVERSEAS. Xu Xiangchun, Vice President of MCC Group exchanges the preliminary ideas with the visitors in MCC Headquarter on construction of a local Sports City in the morning.

Xu Xiangchun extends his warm welcome and unfolds a general panorama of MCC which is a leading enterprise in metallurgical area and the world's largest metallurgical project contractor. MCC's fortes lie in areas such as real estate development, steel construction, particularly in the construction of stadiums. MCC will make its pros into full display and throw itself into the construction of metallurgical industry, transportation, infrastructure and others in South Sudan.

Minister Dudi expresses her thanks, and points out that South Sudan is in urgent need of infrastructure, water, electricity, road, bridge, schools, hospitals, hotels, etc which exactly correlate to MCC's main businesses. There are also tremendous investment opportunities in South Sudan's oil, agriculture, mining development, Mineral resources to be exploited. South Sudan government will provide full support to MCC's participation in the local construction.

In the afternoon, Wu Qingyu, General Manager of MCC OVERSEAS, conducts talks with the guests on technical matters in MCCO.

The former experiences of MCCO is presented during the meeting. MCC OVERSEAS, as a wholly-owned company, is a window to the overseas project development and expansion for MCC. Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia, India, America, HongKong, Macau etc. are all target markets where MCCO is booming.

Minister Dudi gives appreciation to the company performances. South Sudan expects partnership with MCCO in the construction of the project mentioned above and more. She also elaborates the particulars of the co-working project in scale, contract sum, financing pattern etc.

General Manager Wu states his expectation and views. The two sides reach consensus in the drawing-up of MOU and collaboration.
